Field Cashier – Nkawkaw

About the role

The Field Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions and deposits for Ultimate Credit Solutions Limited in the Nkawkaw area. This role supports the company’s hire‑purchase operations by ensuring accurate cash handling, timely banking, and reliable reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and make accurate cash deposits and cash transactions on behalf of the company.
• Follow all procedures to properly handle cash, document transactions, and obtain customer counter‑signatures.
• Enter collected monies into the UCSL recollection book with complete data capture.
• Provide the corporate office with daily update reports on cash and cheques received.
• Bank all collected monies within 24 hours of receipt.
• Assist with month‑end inventories and reconcile recollection records with bank statements.
• Prepare analytical daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Answer customer queries, provide detailed information, and build trust to close sales.

Required profile

• DBS degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cashiering role.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently in the field.
