About the role
The Field Operations & Sales Officer will drive customer acquisition and manage sales activities for Chaskele Snacks across Accra and the surrounding region. You will build relationships with existing clients, promote the product range, and ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell Chaskele Snacks products to customers and prospective clients.
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor product deliveries to customers and conduct regular field visits.
- Support field marketing activities, product activations, promotions, and other sales initiatives.
- Track customer needs, feedback, and market trends, reporting insights to management.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
