Field Project Engineer

About the role
The Field Project Engineer will lead technical projects that enhance production capacity, upgrade equipment, improve factory efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across our manufacturing sites.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning.
- Coordinate procurement, supply‑chain activities and installation of new production lines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality targets.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety and regulatory standards.
- Report progress to senior management and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5+ years of experience in CAPEX project management, procurement or supply‑chain within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
