Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will promote Enlace’s mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services to schools, families, and community organisations. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and focuses on building relationships and converting interest into enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients, conduct presentations and information sessions.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track inquiries and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students and families.
• Gather feedback from partners, support outreach events and represent Enlace professionally within assigned territories.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage sensitively with students, families and school staff.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in the field to meet targets.
• Previous experience in field sales, education services or community outreach is an advantage.
• Relevant post‑secondary education or training in marketing or a related field is preferred.
