Field Sales Lead

About the role

The Field Sales Lead is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Accra. You will drive enrollment and adoption of Enlace’s education programmes by engaging directly with schools, families and community organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective partner schools, families and community groups.
• Conduct in‑person visits, presentations and follow‑up activities to convert leads into programme participants.
• Manage the local sales pipeline, coordinate outreach campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships through responsive customer service and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align field feedback with programme delivery.
• Represent Enlace at events, fairs and community activities throughout Accra.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with diverse audiences.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on relationship building and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated sales competence, including negotiation, closing and meeting targets.
• Experience in lead generation, prospect qualification and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Prior experience in education services, community outreach or related sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, organise schedules efficiently and travel within Accra.
• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
