Field Sales Manager – Ghana

About the role

As the Field Sales Manager for Ghana, you will be the primary link between Herbalife and its independent distributors across the country. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Country Sales, you will drive market growth by building relationships, analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable sales and recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual field visits to gather market insights and provide feedback to senior leadership.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members on business strategy, sales performance, recruitment, training needs and tool utilisation.
• Analyse sales and direct‑selling metrics to identify high‑ and low‑performing areas and recommend sustainable business models.
• Facilitate one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to support member development and generate local initiatives.
• Interpret performance data to assist with promotional planning and market initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks related to events, promotions and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, field operations, direct selling or business development in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and formulate business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading group sessions and individual coaching.
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with diverse stakeholders and maintain consistent communication.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and event‑related tasks.
• Proactive, resilient and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Ghana and occasionally to other markets.
