Field Sales Officer

About the role

The Field Sales Officer will work on‑site in Accra, promoting Enlace Education Services’ mentorship programmes, educational tours and scholarship support. You will identify and engage schools, families and partner organisations, turning interest into enrolments and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients and organise information sessions.
• Deliver presentations on mentorship, tours and scholarship services.
• Generate, follow up and convert leads into enrolments or partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with program objectives.
• Provide professional customer service, address inquiries and resolve concerns.

Required profile

• Strong sales abilities including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in client relations and business relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Background in education services, community outreach or related fields is preferred.
• Organised with solid time‑management and ability to meet targets.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra, travel within assigned areas and work both independently and as part of a team.
