About the role
Uni Auto is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting and finance functions across Accra and Tema. The role involves full‑set accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing, tax compliance and supporting external audits.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the books, reconcile accounts and close the month.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Handle tax compliance with GRA, including PAYE, VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax.
- Coordinate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules and address audit queries.
- Explain financial results to management and support decision‑making.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- ICAG qualified or completed all ICAG professional examinations; full membership preferred.
- Proven experience independently handling full‑set accounting and month‑end/year‑end closing.
- Direct experience dealing with external auditors and Ghana Revenue Authority.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills.
- Practical experience using accounting or ERP systems.
