Finance Manager (Real Estate & Construction)

About the role

GHS Housing Limited is expanding its real‑estate and civil‑engineering portfolio and seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and control for its projects, including a 2,000‑plus housing scheme near Kutunse.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement budgets and financial targets.
• Liaise with external auditors to produce annual accounts.
• Maintain day‑to‑day financial control and advise management on the company’s financial position.
• Build capacity in stocks and material management.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Analyse cash flow regularly and provide decision‑making advice.
• Provide additional financial management support and coordinate with statutory organisations and fund managers.

Required profile

• First or second degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICA or equivalent is advantageous.
