About the role

Pinnacle Life Insurance is seeking motivated Financial Planners to join its growing team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families identify financial goals and recommend tailored life‑insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate life‑insurance products.
• Educate clients on financial planning, wealth protection, and insurance options.
• Achieve agreed sales and productivity targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Participate in training, marketing activations, and business‑development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for sales, customer engagement, and helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, target‑driven, and eager to build a successful career.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
