About the role

The Financial Planner will deliver comprehensive financial guidance to clients, helping them achieve long‑term financial security through personalized life insurance and wealth solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position in Accra involves regular collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and current situations.
• Prepare and present tailored life‑insurance solutions, income protection, wealth creation, redundancy and retirement plans.
• Perform prospecting or lead generation and conduct income and needs analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented, proactive and selfless attitude with strong ethical standards.
• Basic knowledge of life‑insurance products and ability to interpret market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear client explanations.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Effective use of productivity tools for managing multiple client engagements.
