About the role
The Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager will independently oversee the dispatch and issuing operations for finished goods at a manufacturing facility. This role ensures end‑to‑end management of planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and system documentation while leading a large dispatch team in a high‑volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete issuing process, including planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and documentation.
- Lead and develop a dispatch team of 30+ members, implementing a structured 5‑level issuing process.
- Train, supervise, evaluate, and ensure staff adherence to company standards.
- Take full accountability for daily dispatch results and resource allocation.
- Analyze customer complaints related to dispatch errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Track performance data, worker productivity, attendance, and service quality; develop improvement plans based on analysis.
- Coordinate daily dispatch tasks such as data collection, inventory positioning, system reconciliation, and workflow management.
- Maintain communication with planning, production, transportation, sales, finance, security, and HR departments.
- Oversee safety protocols for issuing procedures, vehicle loading, accident handling, and incident documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience in a large factory or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in dispatch, issuing, or outbound logistics management.
- Strong team‑leadership skills with experience managing 30+ staff members.
- Comprehensive understanding of factory logistics, including planning, production, receiving, inventory, and dispatch.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach.
