Fixed Costs Controller

About the role
Fan Milk PLC is seeking an agile and experienced analyst to join the business as a Fixed Costs Controller. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will monitor and animate Sales Force and Head Office overhead costs, partner with functional heads, and support improvement projects across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and animate Sales Force and Head Office overhead costs.
- Collaborate closely with functional heads to ensure cost transparency.
- Act as a business partner on improvement projects that support the business.
- Coordinate audit activities and ensure compliance.
- Manage reporting, budget development, analysis and accounting for investments.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating audits, budgeting, reporting and investment accounting.
- Strong autonomy, drive and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective time‑management and planning abilities.
