Floating Pharmacist – Accra & Surrounding Areas

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused pharmacist to join our team in Accra and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work on a floating basis, providing professional pharmacy services across several of our branches, ensuring consistent medication safety and excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prescription dispensing and medication counseling in multiple pharmacy locations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support inventory management, including stock checks and expiry monitoring.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve clinical queries and improve service quality.
• Participate in health promotion activities and provide drug‑information to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a pharmacist.
• Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration/licensure with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana.
• Strong knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical care.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments.
