FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support the Consumer Business Unit (CBU) by deploying high‑quality performance standards, monitoring results across the region, and streamlining processes within Business Services to achieve optimal cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor performance standards for the CBU across the region.
• Streamline process activation within Business Services to ensure high‑quality performance at optimized costs.
• Gather, evaluate, present, and report financial information to management and external stakeholders.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial reporting and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience in a multinational environment, covering finance, accounting, audit, and analysis.
• Proactive, hands‑on professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Proven decision‑making skills in complex, time‑sensitive situations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modelling, macros).
• Data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, Oracle) and finance automation tools for reporting and forecasting.
