About the role
The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors in a high‑end residential setting. You will deliver a professional, discreet, and welcoming experience that aligns with luxury hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors courteously and manage visitor registration, access control, and front‑desk logs.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about facilities and services.
- Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, coordinate with facility management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance, and track and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain daily front‑desk records, handle deliveries, courier services, and mail distribution.
- Uphold confidentiality, security, safety, and service standards expected in a luxury residential environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in front‑desk, reception, hospitality, or customer‑service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment.
