About the role
Stay Out Help is seeking a compassionate full‑time caregiver to provide on‑site support to clients in Accra. You will help individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare meals and support nutrition needs.
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as required.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living space.
Required profile
- Experience with daily living assistance for elderly or disabled individuals.
- Ability to monitor health status and administer medication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices in caregiving.
- Patience, empathy, reliability, and a high degree of professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certifications are a plus.
