About the role
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nanny to join a family in Accra. The role involves on-site care of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise children throughout the day, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning and play.
- Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks.
- Assist with early childhood learning and developmental milestones.
- Keep the children’s spaces clean, organized, and child-proof.
- Communicate regularly with parents to align on routines and specific family needs.
Required profile
- Proven babysitting and general childcare experience.
- Ability to cook nutritious meals suitable for children.
- Understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability.
- First-aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Prior professional childcare experience is preferred.
