Full-time Nanny – On-site in Accra

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Nanny to join a family in Accra. The role involves on-site care of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children throughout the day, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning and play.
• Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks.
• Assist with early childhood learning and developmental milestones.
• Keep the children’s spaces clean, organized, and child-proof.
• Communicate regularly with parents to align on routines and specific family needs.

Required profile

• Proven babysitting and general childcare experience.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals suitable for children.
• Understanding of early childhood development principles.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability.
• First-aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Prior professional childcare experience is preferred.
