About the role
Stay Out Help is seeking a reliable Domestic Helper to join its team in Accra. This full‑time, on‑site position involves maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic living environment for client households. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and a strong commitment to service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and bathroom sanitation.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Assist with basic meal preparation and kitchen tidying.
- Maintain orderly household spaces and care for household items.
- Follow established routines, report any issues to supervisors, and respect household privacy.
Required profile
- Previous experience in domestic work, housekeeping, or a similar role is an advantage.
- High reliability, honesty, and respect for client privacy and household rules.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the day.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to follow written or verbal instructions.
