About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Housekeeper position is based in Tema and involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the facility. The role requires following company standards for cleaning, safety, and waste disposal while supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Dispose of waste according to company procedures and report maintenance issues.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet quality standards and follow work schedules.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe operation of basic cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills to follow schedules efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs and health‑safety guidelines.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, bend, lift moderate loads and perform repetitive tasks.
