About the role

Stay Out Help is looking for a dedicated full‑time nanny to join a family in Accra. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment while supporting the children’s daily routines and development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive childcare and supervision throughout the day.
• Create engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote learning and fun.
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious snacks and meals.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and monitor children’s wellbeing.
• Support early childhood development through educational and recreational tasks.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to align on the child’s needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in babysitting or childcare across various age groups.
• Basic cooking ability to prepare healthy meals for children.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid or CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage a safe, organized household environment.
• References that demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
