About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations of our cladding company, overseeing staff, budgeting, business development, procurement and administration. The role is based in Accra and will drive growth and efficiency across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the cladding business.
- Supervise and lead staff to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and control budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Oversee procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate administrative functions to support smooth operations.
Required profile
- Extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Senior‑level experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial role.
