About the role

Seraphim Beauty & Skin Clinic is seeking a hands‑on General Manager & Lead Aesthetician to run daily operations, deliver high‑quality skin treatments, and set clinical standards. You will lead the team, drive bookings, and ensure a premium client experience in our East Legon location.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations and oversee the front‑of‑house workflow.
Supervise, mentor, and hold junior aestheticians accountable for performance.
Perform facial, skin, lash, brow, and injectable treatments.
Report operational results and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Maintain commercial focus by driving revenue and optimizing booking efficiency.

Required profile

Valid aesthetician certification.
Proven experience in clinic or spa management.
Demonstrated ability to supervise junior staff.
Precise, commercially minded, and self‑driven.
