About the role
Earthworm is seeking a Regional GIS Manager to lead its GIS team across Africa. The role involves providing strategic direction, managing staff, and delivering geospatial support for landscape and supply‑chain programmes in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional GIS team, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting professional development.
- Coordinate GIS support for field programmes, ensuring geospatial analysis informs programme implementation and strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GIS, remote sensing and geospatial data management.
- Proven experience managing teams and coordinating complex, multi‑country projects.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in GIS tools and spatial analysis.
- Experience with remote sensing, land‑use change monitoring and geospatial applications in agricultural supply chains.
