About the role
The Global Rewards Project Manager will join the Global Rewards Project & Analytics team to drive data‑focused initiatives for worldwide compensation programs. You will work onsite in Quilmes, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data quality and deliver actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor data quality standards for global compensation data.
- Design and implement analytical initiatives, including dashboards, process automation, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Provide key metrics and insights to global stakeholders to support compensation decisions.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to uncover patterns and support strategic initiatives.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and support analytical deliverables.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical or stakeholder‑management roles within compensation.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
