About the role

Interns Hub is looking for a content editor to manage updates to its website and review materials across digital platforms. The role ensures that all public information is accurate, well‑written, up‑to‑date, and aligns with the organisation’s communication standards.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, update, and maintain content on the Interns Hub website.
• Review and proofread social media posts, captions, articles, announcements, and other publications before release.
• Check all written materials for grammatical errors, accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with design and communications teams to review flyers, promotional materials, and campaign content.
• Prepare and revise website articles, programme updates, and official announcements.
• Ensure published information across platforms is current and properly presented.
• Coordinate with programme leads to obtain and verify information before publication.
• Identify and correct errors or outdated information on the website and other digital platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Previous experience in content editing, communications, copywriting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
• Good understanding of social media content and publication standards.
• Ability to review written materials critically and make appropriate corrections.
• Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capability to work with different teams and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
