Graphics Designer – National Service

About the role

The National Service Graphics Designer will join Global Ovations’ creative team in Accra, producing visual assets that support events, marketing campaigns, social media and public‑relations materials. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work on high‑profile projects while developing a professional portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, event collateral, digital banners and promotional content.
• Prepare print‑ready and digital files for distribution.
• Collaborate with events, marketing and production teams to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Maintain consistent visual identity for Global Ovations and its clients.
• Meet tight project timelines and contribute fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills with a focus on branding and visual communication.
• Understanding of typography, layout principles and ability to produce high‑quality designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design software.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field is an advantage.
