Growth Outreach & Marketing Automation Specialist (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Outreach & Marketing Automation Specialist to join BeautynBrushes on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing targeted beauty‑professional leads, executing multi‑channel outreach, and building automated workflows that drive acquisition across Canada, Ghana, Nigeria and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source and scrape lead data from Instagram, Google Maps, online directories and other social platforms, building databases of 10,000+ qualified contacts.
• Clean, validate and de‑duplicate lead lists to maintain high data quality.
• Design, launch and optimise WhatsApp outreach campaigns using WATI, including personalized messages, follow‑up sequences and audience segmentation.
• Set up cold‑email and nurture campaigns with tools such as Instantly and Zoho Campaigns, monitoring deliverability and improving open and conversion rates.
• Create and maintain automated lifecycle messaging (welcome, onboarding, reminder and re‑engagement flows) using Zapier, Make.com, n8n and API integrations.
• Run scripts or technical workflows, troubleshoot automation issues and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for personalization and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.
