About the role

The Head of Finance will lead all financial activities of the company, ensuring optimal use of capital and resources. This senior position is responsible for shaping financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, and safeguarding the organization’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
• Approve or reject departmental budgets.
• Conduct risk management and assess investment opportunities.
• Supervise a team of accountants and manage cash flows.
• Allocate resources and perform profit and cost analyses.
• Develop secure procedures to protect confidential information.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
• Consult board members on funding options and recommend cost‑reducing solutions.
