About the role
Elite Minerals Ghana Ltd is looking for a senior leader to head its Mining Services, Equipment & Strategic Partnerships division. The role focuses on driving growth, expanding partnerships and securing major contracts across Ghana and West Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the mining services and equipment business.
- Identify, negotiate and secure large‑scale mining contracts.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with mining companies, OEMs, EPCMs, contractors and equipment service providers.
- Lead the commercialization of mining services and equipment throughout the region.
- Oversee the division’s performance, budgeting and stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in the mining industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business development.
- Established network of contacts within mining companies, OEMs, EPCMs, contractors and equipment service providers.
- Ability to operate at an executive level and influence senior stakeholders.
