Health Insurance Marketer

About the role

Apex Health Insurance Ltd is looking for motivated marketers to drive the growth of its health insurance products across several regions in Ghana. You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote Apex Health Insurance products to individuals, families, groups, and corporate organisations.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, networking and direct sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and explain product benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, outreach programmes and corporate visits.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market intelligence and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and be proactive.
• Comfortable with field marketing and client visits.
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance of the assigned location.
