Health, Safety & Environmental Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Officer to join Prixin Company Limited. The role involves implementing and monitoring HSE policies on construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and unsafe practices.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Support management in promoting a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional HSE certification is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or civil works.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management.
• Good reporting, communication and interpersonal skills.
