Hotel Marketing Manager

About the role

The Hotel Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and brand standards. This role works closely with the General Manager, head office, and cross‑functional teams to drive market growth and enhance the hotel’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall sales and marketing plan, monitoring KPIs, budgets and revenue.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and head office on pricing strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and identify new market opportunities.
• Organise site inspections, familiarisation trips and manage third‑party promotional websites.
• Oversee the hotel’s social media activity and coordinate website content with the Digital Team.
• Develop departmental sales plans and ensure consistent branding across all promotional material.
• Manage the guest database, track client correspondence and handle quotations and contracts.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, tourism events and organise client entertainment.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Sales & Marketing team, conducting weekly performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar hospitality marketing role.
• Commercially focused with strong market analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, confident at all organisational levels.
• Creative, ambitious and able to influence decision‑making.
• High customer focus and professionalism.
