About the role
Stay Out Help is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join its family‑support service in Accra. This part‑time, on‑site position involves keeping homes clean, organized, and safe for the families we serve.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
- Handle laundry, change linens, wash dishes, manage household supplies and waste disposal.
- Follow each family’s specific preferences and routines, and report any issues to the household or supervisor.
Required profile
- Strong housekeeping and household management skills, with experience in laundry and general cleaning.
- Effective communication and customer‑service abilities to interact professionally with families.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules and priorities.
- Physical capability to lift, stand and move for extended periods.
- Trustworthy, respectful and able to maintain confidentiality within the household.
