Housekeeping Attendant – Full‑time

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure that guest rooms and public areas at MENISH HOTEL are clean, safe and welcoming. Working full‑time on‑site in Ejisu, you will follow established standards to deliver consistent hospitality quality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common spaces, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens and amenities.
• Perform laundry duties: washing, drying, folding and storing linens and towels.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to their requests and follow service protocols.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to carry out housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Good organisational skills to manage time and supplies.
• Willingness to undergo training and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderately heavy items for extended periods.
