About the role
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee day‑to‑day business operations and support employee onboarding for our offices in Accra and the Tema region.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain smooth and efficient day‑to‑day business operations.
- Manage and coordinate live‑streaming orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and respectful working environment.
- Promote company standards of conduct and workplace policies.
- Adhere to communication procedures and share clear information with relevant team members.
- Support onboarding of new employees by explaining work procedures, policies, and responsibilities.
- Assist new employees in becoming familiar with duties and daily workflows.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports at the end of each working day.
- Comply with company disciplinary requirements and maintain professional conduct.
