About the role

A highly reputable firm is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead training and development initiatives across its operations in the Accra & Tema region. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing programmes, and supporting the Graduate Trainee Programme.

Key responsibilities

Identify training and development needs within the organisation.
Develop and implement learning strategies and programmes aligned with organisational objectives.
Evaluate training and development programmes and coordinate all related activities.
Understand specific training requirements of various business units.
Produce training materials and design e‑learning course delivery.
Stay updated on training developments through journals, programmes and seminars.
Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the Graduate Trainee Programme to meet its objectives.

Required profile

A degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, particularly in training and development.
