HVAC New Installation Field Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC New Installation Field Manager to lead the delivery of HVAC projects from site mobilization through testing, commissioning and handover. The role demands strong technical expertise, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise end‑to‑end execution of HVAC installations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and industry standards.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules and resource allocations; monitor progress, budgets and productivity.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, quality assurance and final handover, including preparation of as‑built drawings and O&M manuals.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead and evaluate site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and maintaining customer communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering.
• 8–12 years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven track record managing projects from mobilization to commissioning.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split and packaged units, ventilation, ductwork and chilled‑water systems.
• Experience with shop drawings, specifications, installation methodologies and commissioning procedures.
• Project planning, budgeting, cost control and subcontractor management.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality‑assurance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools and ERP/project management systems.
