About the role
The Independent Distributor will promote and sell YPE’s diverse range of products and services across its brands. Working on‑site in Accra, you will engage directly with customers, manage orders and help expand market reach.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers in person and via phone, explaining product features, pricing and benefits.
- Process orders, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide feedback on market trends.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
- Effective communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time and meet sales targets.
- Minimum secondary education; business or marketing training is advantageous.
Required skills
- Basic digital proficiency with smartphone apps, messaging platforms and simple record‑keeping software.
- Fundamental understanding of retail operations, order processing and inventory coordination.
