Independent Financial Adviser - Accra

About the role

A leading independent digital private investment bank and global asset management firm, serving expatriates and international investors, is recruiting an Independent Financial Adviser in Accra, Ghana. The adviser will advise a diverse portfolio of international clients on comprehensive financial planning and strategic investment management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice to an international client portfolio
• Nurture long-term client partnerships built on trust, expertise and service excellence
• Conduct in-depth financial reviews and detailed discovery meetings
• Create and implement custom financial plans covering investment, retirement and protection
• Advise on international investment strategies and cross-border wealth management solutions
• Manage UK pension transfers, QROPS and expatriate tax planning for clients
• Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional conduct

Required profile

• CISI Level 2 or local GSIS certificate
• Ideally 2-3 years in the financial sector with a book of clients
• Knowledge of investment, pension and protection products
• Strong client relationship skills and good verbal and written communication
• Expatriate or cross-border advisory experience preferred but not essential
• Commitment to continuous professional development and regulatory adherence

• Remuneration of up to GHS 6,000 per month, with greater earnings from commissions
