Industrial Mechanic – Factory Maintenance

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a qualified Mechanic to join its production team in Takoradi. You will be responsible for keeping factory equipment running smoothly, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting the company’s high‑quality tile manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in production machinery.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Follow all safety procedures and standards.
• Report major issues promptly to supervisors.

Required profile

• Relevant certification (NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Safety‑conscious and disciplined work ethic.
