Informal Sector Sales Manager

About the role

Enterprise Life is seeking an Informal Sector Sales Manager to lead community‑based insurance sales in the Twifo/Hemang/Lower Denkyira District of Ghana. You will be the primary point of contact for informal‑sector clients, introducing affordable life‑assurance products and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients within the informal sector.
• Conduct field visits and organize community‑focused sales activities.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and support product improvements.
• Provide after‑sales support and ensure high‑quality customer service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or field marketing, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute outreach campaigns and manage a sales territory.
• Comfort with regular field visits and community‑based work.
• Basic proficiency with documentation and reporting tools.
• Integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or comparable experience).
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in the district.
