Information Technology Sales Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Sales Specialist will drive sales of Cyclux Consult’s IT products and services, including web and application development, cloud solutions, and online advertising technologies. This full‑time, hybrid position blends on‑site client engagement with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospects.
• Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools and track pipeline progress.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales campaigns.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven IT sales and account‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of web development, cloud computing, and online advertising technologies.
• Demonstrated lead‑generation abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling digital or IT solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate across functions.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
