Internal Account Manager – Cybersecurity Distribution

About the role

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Internal Account Manager to provide high‑quality operational and partner support within its cybersecurity distribution business. The role acts as the primary liaison between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth handling of inquiries, quotations, orders, and post‑order activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational contact for assigned channel partners, delivering professional and timely communication.
• Respond to partner inquiries within a two‑hour SLA, maintaining service‑excellence standards.
• Prepare, validate, and issue accurate pricing quotations following approved commercial frameworks.
• Manage order placement, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including opportunities, activities, and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendor products and processes.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
