Internal Account Manager (Cybersecurity Distribution)

About the role

The Internal Account Manager supports the cybersecurity distribution business by acting as the primary operational liaison between channel partners and internal teams. The role ensures timely handling of partner inquiries, quotations, order processing and post‑order support while strictly adhering to service‑level agreements and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned channel partners, providing professional and consistent communication.
• Respond to partner inquiries within a two‑hour SLA, maintaining service excellence.
• Prepare, validate and issue accurate pricing quotations in line with approved commercial frameworks.
• Manage order placement activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide proactive updates to partners on order status, stock availability and estimated delivery timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including partner opportunities, activities and pipeline status.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales support or a similar role.
• Experience in IT distribution, channel sales or vendor management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity vendor products and processes.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quotations, orders and system records.
