Internal Audit & Fraud Prevention Manager

About the role

The Internal Audit & Fraud Prevention Manager will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s anti‑fraud framework and internal audit program. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to safeguard assets, ensure compliance and strengthen control environments across the manufacturing value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise fraud prevention policies, procedures and implementation standards.
• Identify fraud risk areas in procurement, production, warehouse and sales processes; build and maintain risk assessment models and registers.
• Plan and execute regular and ad‑hoc internal audits, including investigations of procurement fraud, inventory discrepancies and expense manipulation.
• Lead fraud investigations, collect evidence, conduct interviews, analyse findings and prepare detailed reports with corrective recommendations.
• Ensure audit findings are addressed, monitor corrective actions and improve weak control points.
• Deliver anti‑fraud and internal control training to raise employee awareness.
• Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Law or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in internal audit or fraud investigation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (procurement, production, inventory, sales).
• High integrity, confidentiality and independent judgment.
