Investigation Officer

About the role

The Investigation Officer will lead inquiries into security incidents, theft, misconduct and breaches within the Upper East Region. Reporting directly to senior management, the role ensures thorough evidence collection and accurate documentation to support corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into incidents, theft, misconduct and security breaches.
• Collect, analyze and document evidence in a systematic manner.
• Prepare comprehensive investigation and incident reports.
• Liaise with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required.
• Provide recommendations to management on preventive measures.
• Support disciplinary and compliance processes with factual findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field, or former police officer.
• Minimum three years of experience in investigations, preferably within a security environment.
• Certification in Investigation (ASIS PCI) preferred.
• Strong analytical, interviewing and report‑writing abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
