Investigations Manager

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Investigations Manager to protect its assets and reputation by preventing, detecting, and investigating suspicious sales, fraudulent claims, and internal misconduct across its operations in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate suspicious sales activities and conduct in‑depth investigations into life insurance claims.
• Use data analytics to identify fraudulent patterns, recognise anomalies and develop strategies to curb fraud.
• Design and implement fraud‑prevention policies and training programmes for sales, underwriting and claims teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, HR, and external law‑enforcement agencies to resolve internal fraud and provide evidence for proceedings.
• Support data accuracy, claims analytics, management reporting and ensure decisions mitigate financial, legal and reputational risks.

Required profile

• Strong investigative mindset with experience in fraud detection within insurance or financial services.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to resolve complex cases.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Data analytics for fraud pattern detection.
• Knowledge of local privacy, data protection and insurance industry regulations.
• Designing fraud‑prevention policies and training programmes.
