IT Specialist – Infrastructure Security Management

About the role

The IT Specialist – Infrastructure Security Management will ensure safe and optimal operation of Deloitte's data centre and office infrastructure, overseeing security, availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor data centre environmental conditions, infrastructure integrity and security.
• Deploy, support and maintain servers, networks, security devices and communication systems in line with Deloitte standards and SLAs.
• Oversee physical security, access control and surveillance for office and data centre.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity and performance, providing trend analysis and recommendations.
• Implement and manage security controls, including antimalware, vulnerability patching and incident response.
• Support information security awareness training for staff and third parties.
• Maintain meeting‑room and training‑room communication infrastructure to ensure high service availability.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline (minimum second class lower).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure security management.
• Strong customer service, problem‑resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• CCNA certification (preferred).
• CISA certification (preferred).
• Microsoft Azure certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office applications.
• Experience with servers, networking, security devices, antimalware solutions, vulnerability patching and incident response.
