Junior Architect

About the role
Neoteros Group is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join its Accra office. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative, sustainable designs that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare design proposals and concept sketches.
- Generate detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
- Assist in drafting, documentation, and project development tasks.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Required profile
- Proficiency in architectural design principles.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and design integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Technical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage timelines and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant professional experience or internships are a plus.
